You can order up to 4 pictures on the form. For additional pictures please use the comments box or submit another form. When we receive your order we will E-mail you to confirm that your order has been received. This will show the total price to pay including shipping charges and an order reference number which you will need to make your payment. We use a third party secure credit card payment facility to give you complete peace of mind. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or money order. If you want to comission a painting or need something different please read our SPECIALS section.

Non UK Customers

We do not normally supply framed pictures outside of the UK. We can however supply pictures mounted ready to frame to all world locations. It is better to have your picture framed locally than to accept the risk and cost of shipping glass and we do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. Please read our shipping details and costs for further information. We can however do anything at a price. Please e-mail us with your enquiry via our contacts page. The price shown in the Gallery for originals is the same with or without frame.

By purchasing Goods through the Company's Website Buyer agrees to the Terms of Sale. If you do not agree then please do not purchase anything from this Website.

Copyright

All works shown on this site and all works sold in any form are copyright protected. All rights are reserved. The works and prints shown and sold by Art & Soil cannot be copied, exhibited, reproduced, or stored in any retrieval system without prior permission and payment of a fee.

It is a condition of sale of any original that copyright remains with the Artist and/or Company unless copyright has been purchased seperately. (For example as part of a commercial comission)

Limitations and Warranty

Only high quality materials are used in the execution of the original works and other Goods advertised on the Website. Prints are made on specialised art papers with a minimum weight of 190gsm using dye based inks.

The frame and materials used in the construction of the work are gauranteed for a period of 12 months against defective materials or workmanship. Company must be notified immediately of any defect and the goods must be returned to us. Prior to the return of any goods you must telephone or e-mail us to obtain a return reference number. Warranty is limited to replacement of the Goods concerned. A refund will only be made at Company's discretion and normally only when a replacement is unavailable. The cost of return postage to Company is to be born by the Buyer and Goods for return must be packed so as to ensure they arrive safely. Company will not accept liability for returned Goods which arrive damaged. Company will not be liable for damage due to inappropriate picture hanging, for example in direct sunlight, or storage conditions or any other factor beyond our control.

In case of damage in transit, Buyer must notify us and the shipping agent of any damage within 48hrs of receipt and must immediately return the goods with their original packing. Liability is limited to replacement of the damaged goods.

Original art works vary according to the artist, model, lighting conditions and methods used. Botanical accuracy is not gauranteed and there can be no gaurantee associated with the execution of the work itself.

Frames shown in the main gallery of this website are graphical representations only. Please refer to the framing section of the gallery where you will find a range of styles to chose from and photographs of some of the works in typical frames. Sizes given in the gallery are approximate due to variation in frame size. The framing section has more accurate information for each frame style offered. We have done our best to properly represent the finished, framed work subject to the limitations of graphical computer representation and photography. If in doubt please contact us before ordering.

Payment Terms and Taxes

All orders are subject to availability and will be confirmed. The price of the Goods will be that as advertised by the Company on it's Website at the time the order is received. Shipping charges will be payable in addition to the Goods ordered. Please refer to shipping information below which forms a part of these Terms.

Company will only accept payment in advance. Please see our payments page for full details of our secure credit card payment facilities. You can pay by cheque or postal money order if you wish. Cheques and Money Orders must be written in UK Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. Cheques should be made payable to Mr. P.S.Warwick. To avoid delivery charges you are welcome to collect your pictures in person from our address in North Wiltshire, UK. Goods are dispatched only when your cheque has been cleared. Paying by cheque will therefore delay your order. In the UK for example expect a minimum additional delay of 7 days.
We are not registered for VAT in the UK. Prices do not need to include any VAT element and are therefore tax free for destinations within the European Union. In other countries your customs authority will advise if any additional taxes are payable at the port of entry.

Availability and Acceptance

Company has the right at it's sole discretion to refuse any order at any time. Availability is only gauranteed when Company has accepted an order. There is only one original of each work and Limited Edition Prints are strictly limited to the edition quoted for each work. Your order might be received too late in which case Company would advise you of the non-availability of the Goods. To avoid the disappointment of receiving damaged goods we will not ship framed prints to certain destinations unless special delivery has been arranged through us. Please see shipping for further information and charges.

Data Protection

All personal details supplied by the Buyer are used only for the fulfillment of an order and are not permanently stored by Company on any computer media. However your contact information i.e. your delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number are needed for use in connection with the fulfillment of your order and any subsequent correspondence in connection with the Goods supplied. This is the only information we retain in our computer system which will be held for 12 months. Information you supply is between Buyer and Company and will not be disclosed to any third party. If you place an order with us we would like to contact you via e-mail later on as new work, products or artists are added to the Website. We will only do this if you permit us to by checking the appropriate box on the order form.

Special requests and comissions

If you would like a framing material or mounting arrangement other than those shown then please enquire. Art & Soil uses the framing services of DH Framing. Most styles and arrangements can be accomodated.

Art & Soil is happy to consider any request for special work. Some subjects will depend on the season. Our artists work directly from life wherever possible we might first need to find or obtain a suitable "model".

Commissions for special work are invited from private individuals or commercial firms. Possible applications include giftware, porcelain, tableware, greetings cards, calenders, stationary etc,. Special contracts can be undertaken for hotel rooms and other commercial or retail applications which require unique artistic decoration.

Shipping arrangements and charges

We use surface mail and where available we recommend that you select recorded or registered delivery but this is optional. Shipping times are normally within one week in UK and two weeks in Europe but can be longer elsewhere. If you require a faster courier service please ask for a quotation.

For Example, 3 pictures mounted only , Size B, UK Surface mail = £3.00+£1.50+£1.50 = £6.00, For recorded delivery add an additional £1.00 = £7.00, Swindon local delivery, all three £2.00
